In the current housing market, especially here in Northern Virginia, finding Perch Houses was nothing short of a miracle. On top of that, they are wonderful people! Working with Wing (CEO) and Kyle (COO) and all of their staff has been pleasant and seamless. They talk the talk, and they also walk the walk. Their warmth and caring are genuine, and so refreshing.
